This privacy policy explains how Katie Jean ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and stores your personal data when you use this website and the Pain Profile Questionnaire.

What data I collect and why

On this website (katie-jean.com)

Kajabi, the platform this site runs on, may collect standard usage data such as pages visited and browser information. Please refer to Kajabi's Privacy Policy for details of how they handle this data.

Pain Profile Questionnaire

When you complete the Pain Profile Questionnaire, I collect:

• Your first name and email address — to send you a private link to your results and to add you to my email list.
• Your quiz responses — these relate to your experience of pain and may include information about your physical and emotional health. This is classified as special category data under UK GDPR and is handled with extra care.

I use this information to:

• Personalise your results page
• Send you your results link by email
• Review your profile ahead of any 1:1 sessions you book with me
• Understand patterns across the course community to improve the course over time

The legal basis for processing your quiz responses is your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the questionnaire. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Your Rights below).

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in two places:

• Kajabi — your name, email address, and summary results (dimension tiers and flags) are stored as a contact record. Kajabi is GDPR-compliant. See Kajabi's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sheets (via Google Workspace) — your full quiz responses and results are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to me. Google Workspace is GDPR-compliant and covered by Google's Data Processing Agreement.

Your data is never sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

How long I keep your data

I keep your quiz data for as long as you remain a customer or subscriber. If you ask me to delete your data, I will remove it from both Kajabi and Google Sheets within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data (the right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent at any time — this won't affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
